Dance Program:
9 months (September 2016 through May 2017)

Dance Program Fee:
$50.00 per month/per child (cost for one class per week/four classes per month)
$95.00 per month/per child (cost for two classes per week/eight classes per month)

Registration Fee:
$20.00 - This registration fee per child is included in the pricing payment options below. This fee is non-refundable.
 

Pre-School – Kindergarten Students
• These students may only enroll in the ballet/tap class.
• If you choose to pay monthly, please include your 1st and last month’s dance payment of $100.00 plus $20.00 registration fee.
• Your dance payment must be included to complete your child’s enrollment with Studio G Dance.
• Please select one of the following payment options.  The rates below include the registration fee.

2. Two Payments
1st payment - $270.00 / 2nd payment - $200.00 due on 02/01/2017

3. Monthly Payments

1st - 5th Grade Students
• These students may enroll in one or two classes.
• If you choose to take one class, please refer to the rates in the first box. If you choose to enroll in two classes, please refer to the rates in the second box.
• If you choose to pay monthly, please include your 1st and last month’s dance payment. Your enrollment fee is $120.00 for one class & $210.00 for two classes.
• Your dance payment must be included to complete your child’s enrollment with Studio G Dance.

ENROLLMENT POLICY

  • There is a $20.00 registration fee per child.  This fee is non-refundable.

  • Payment for the first and last month’s tuition, September and May, are due with your signed contract.

  • Your enrollment fee is $120.00 if you are paying monthly and sign up for 1-class/per week. 

  • Your enrollment fee is $210.00 if you are paying monthly and sign up for 2-classes/per week. 

  • Please sign up no later than Friday, September 2nd.

DANCE PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • After the month of September, your dance fee is $50.00 per month/1 class per week or $95.00 per month/2 classes per week.
     
  • You can make your payment with cash or check and turn it into the office by the 1st of every month.  Dance checks should be made payable to Studio G Dance.   Please put your child’s name on the bottom left side of your check.
     
  • If you are paying monthly, you will not receive a dance payment reminder. Your dance payment is due on the 1st of every month.  You will only receive a notice if your payment is late.  These notices will be sent home on the 11th of each month.
     
  • If you send payment with your child, Studio G Dance is not responsible for lost cash or checks.

LATE PAYMENT FEES

  • There is a $10.00 late fee charge for all payments received after the 10th of each month.
     
  • Accounts past due for more than 60 days will result in the nonparticipation of that student until tuition is paid.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY

  • There is a $15.00 fee for all returned checks.  Future payments must be paid by cash/money order only.

REFUNDS

  • There are no reimbursements if your child is absent on his/her dance day.                                               
  • A thirty-day written notice is required if you should choose to no longer have your child participate in the dance program.  Only then will you be relieved of your obligation to pay the following monthly tuition.

RECITAL FEES

  • All dancers will participate in a major dance production held during the month of May.  Parents will be responsible for the cost of necessary costumes. 
     
  • All costume/recital fees will be due December 1, 2016.  Thank you!
